China-based purchasing team for Shopify stores, e-commerce brands and eligible marketplace sellers.
As your store grows, purchasing is no longer just placing orders—it’s about profit, inventory, and supply chain risk.
Serving Shopify stores, cross-border brands, and platform sellers. We cover the entire process from inquiry and negotiation, to payment, consolidation, quality inspection, and warehousing.
China isn’t simply a place to find cheaper products.
Its real advantage is the depth of its manufacturing and supply ecosystem.
Move beyond retail marketplace pricing and negotiate directly with manufacturers and upstream suppliers.
Compare factories and suppliers instead of depending on a single source.
Combine different products, suppliers and quantities into one purchasing operation.
Access packaging, printing, materials, accessories and manufacturing capabilities closer to the source.
When purchasing, fulfillment and sourcing operate in China, supplier issues can be handled closer to where the products are actually made.
The advantage isn’t just Made in China. It’s having your purchasing team inside the supply chain.
Provide product links, supplier quotes, 1688 links, images, SKU lists, spreadsheets, past orders, or spec documents. Tell us the product, quantity, target cost, and special requirements—we handle the rest.
If you have suppliers, we connect directly. If not, we find alternatives. We compare unit price, MOQ, specs, lead time, packaging, payment terms, capacity, communication, QC, and warehousing logistics. The goal isn’t the cheapest supplier—it’s the best fit for your business.
Volume drives leverage. We negotiate based on order size, repurchase potential, mixed SKUs, packaging, payment terms, lead time, and long-term cooperation.
Your SKUs come from multiple factories—no need to manage payments, production, and domestic logistics separately. Submit one purchase list, and we coordinate suppliers, follow production, receive goods, and consolidate at the warehouse. You only deal with one service provider.
Different suppliers have different payment methods, deposits, balances, and shipping requirements. We coordinate uniformly according to commercial terms and organize all procurement records. The more SKUs, the more value you see.
Payment isn’t the end—it’s the start of risk. We track the full process: order confirmation → deposit → production → progress tracking → completion → domestic delivery → warehouse receipt. You won’t need to chase suppliers for updates.
Supplier says 500 units shipped—is the actual quantity and SKU correct? Any damaged boxes? We verify SKUs, count quantities, inspect packaging, and take photos as proof upon receipt. Shortages and wrong items are identified before shipping to end customers.
For high-value, custom, or large orders, add inspection before warehousing. Includes appearance, dimensions, color, LOGO, packaging, accessories, function, and sampling. Photos and videos are retained. Factory audits or third-party testing can be arranged for large projects. Stop defects at the source, not after customer complaints.
Goods from multiple suppliers arrive at our China warehouse for consolidation. After consolidation, we support dropshipping, sea freight, FBA prep, third-party transfer, custom packaging, kit assembly, and labeling. Multiple sources, one inventory hub.
Buy too little:You run out of stock.
Buy too much:Your cash gets trapped in inventory.
Instead of waiting until inventory reaches zero, purchasing can be planned around your supply lead time.
Early-stage product testing and scaled purchasing are different games.
Managing the procurement of non-standard and private-label products is more complex. We support customized products, private labels, custom packaging, printing, accessories and components, gift sets, and branded insert materials.
Our warehouse completes the assembly of the kits and outputs the fully finished products.
